Word of the Father · Day 70/366
Anxiety With No Name
“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
John 14:27
Sometimes you wake up like this: chest tight, heart racing, with no specific reason you can point a finger at. Nothing wrong has happened, but inside it feels like everything is about to fall apart. That's confusing, because there's no clear problem to solve.
My son, my daughter, not every anxiety is born from something concrete. Sometimes it's just a tired body and mind, carrying a silent buildup of hard days. You don't need to understand the exact source to receive my peace.
The peace I give doesn't depend on you first figuring out what's wrong. It's a gift I hand you right now, even in the midst of the nameless confusion you feel. Breathe. Let that peace settle over your tight chest, even without an explanation. You don't need to understand everything now — you just need to keep breathing along with me.
