Comparison Steals Your Peace

I watched you yesterday scrolling that screen, comparing your house to so-and-so's house, your marriage to someone else's marriage, your life to that edited highlight someone posted. And I saw the tightness it put in your chest.
Comparison is a silent thief. It walks in uninvited and steals the very thing I had already given you: contentment. Nobody posts the bad day, the overdue bill, last night's argument. You're comparing your own backstage to someone else's edited stage.
I wrote your story with details that belong to no one else. Your work is yours, test it, live it, take pride in it without needing to measure it against someone else's ruler.
