Word of the Father · Day 93/366

Inside, I Am Being Renewed

For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

2 Corinthians 4:16

My daughter, my son, I know what it feels like when, on the outside, you can't keep up the same pace anymore. The mirror shows the tiredness, your body sends you the bill for the hard days, and sometimes you wonder if there's anything good left inside all that exhaustion.

But I want to tell you a secret that many people forget: on the inside, where no one can see, I am doing a new work in you every day. While the outer man wears down — the wrinkles, the fatigue, the marks of time — what I am shaping within grows quietly, unhurried, unceasing.

Don't measure your strength only by what your body can do today. I am renewing you on the inside, layer by layer, and that won't stop as long as you live. Trust this process that eyes cannot see, but that I carry out with care every single day.
