Word of the Father · Day 91/366

My Refuge Forever

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

Isaiah 26:3

We've come to the end of a whole month talking about anxiety, my son, my daughter, and I want you to look back and see the road you've traveled. You brought me the bills, the fears, the sleepless nights, the comparisons, the panic, the dreaded goodbyes. And I received every one of those burdens with open arms.

The peace I offer isn't the absence of storms — it's the certainty of a steady shelter in the middle of one. It stays perfect not because your life became perfect, but because your mind has been learning, little by little, to rest in me instead of spinning alone in circles of fear.

This journey doesn't end today. Anxiety may try to return tomorrow, next week, next year. But now you know the way back: come to me, hand over what weighs you down, breathe in my presence. I am your shelter today, I will be tomorrow, and I will be forever, without ever changing address.
