Word of the Father · Day 330/366

Rebuilding What Broke

For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD.

Jeremiah 30:17

Something broke inside you — a relationship, a faith, a trust in yourself — and now it feels like the pieces will never fit together the way they used to. You live somewhat hesitant, afraid to trust again in anything, including me.

I am not only the God who prevents the breaking; I am also the God who restores after it. To restore doesn't mean pretending nothing happened — it means rebuilding with care, piece by piece, something that ends up even stronger in the places where it was mended.

If today you feel like you're starting from zero in a relationship, a career, your own self-worth, know that zero, to me, is never the end of the story. It's the exact point from which I love to begin my greatest works of restoration. Let me heal your wound, in the right time, with no rush to force a scar before it's ready.
