Word of the Father · Day 170/366
The Best Gift I Give Is Myself
“If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?”
Luke 11:13
I know you usually ask Me for solutions: the job, the healing, the answer to that problem you can't get out of your head. And I listen to all of it with attention — every request reaches Me. But today I want to show you the gift that stands above all others: Myself, through My Spirit, living with you, helping you from within, every day, not only during set times of prayer.
Many people ask for good things and forget to ask for My presence, which is the greatest good of all. But when My Spirit is with you, He gives you strength in your weak moment, the right word at the right time, peace in the middle of the storm that won't pass, discernment for the hard decision no one else can make for you. He is greater than any single answer, because He is constant companionship, present even when the answer hasn't arrived yet.
Today, alongside your usual requests, ask also for this, with the same sincerity: more of Me, more of My presence guiding every step of your day. This is the gift I most want to give you, and the one I give with the greatest joy.
