Word of the Father · Day 127/366
Nothing Can Tear You Away From Me
“For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Romans 8:38-39
Today I want to remind you of a list you may never have read carefully: neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor any power in this world or the next, nor the present you're living now, nor the future you fear, nor height nor depth — none of it has the power to tear you away from my love.
Have you ever tried to imagine what could separate you from me for good? A sin too big? An illness? A loss? Paul wrote that list with your deepest fears in mind, and the answer is the same for every one of them: nothing. My love in Christ isn't a fragile chain that any storm can break. It's the most solid thing in the entire universe.
So today, whatever threat is circling in your mind, rest in this: you are safe inside me in a way no circumstance can undo.
