Eagles, No Longer Crawling
“Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God.”
Isaiah 40:1
We've come to the end of another stretch of our journey together, and I want to remind you where you started: tired, asking for strength, feeling like you could barely take a step forward without dragging yourself along. Look back for a moment and see how much I have already renewed in you, day after day, even when you didn't notice the process happening.
I promised eagles' wings, not so you'd live crawling forever, dragging yourself from crisis to crisis with no relief. Eagles don't fight the wind with brute force — they use the very current to rise higher without wasting their own strength in vain. That's how I want to teach you to live: not fighting alone against every difficulty that appears, but letting my current truly sustain you.
You will grow tired again — that's part of life, no one escapes it completely. But now you know where to find renewed strength whenever you need it. Rise with me. The wings are already yours; just use them without fear.
