Word of the Father · Day 319/366

When the Money Doesn't Add Up

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:19

The spreadsheet doesn't balance, there's more month than money, and you've lost count of how many times you've said “we can't afford it” to your kids, to yourself. The shame of asking for help sometimes weighs as heavy as the debt itself.

I don't promise a miraculous deposit or a magical end to every bill. I promise to supply the need — not necessarily the want — and to do it according to my riches, which are greater than any crisis you're facing right now. Many times my provision comes through a path you weren't expecting: an idea, an open door, a person, a fresh start in how you handle what comes in and goes out.

In the meantime, I don't want you hiding in shame or drowning alone in anxiety. Bring me the whole spreadsheet, the numbers and the fear together. Let's find the next step together — it might be asking for help, it might be cutting something, it might simply be getting through this month with your head held high, knowing I haven't let go of your hand.
