Your Prayer for Someone Could Be the Turning Point
“And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.”
James 5:15
I want to remind you of the power of praying for others. You have people in your life facing something heavy right now — an illness, a deep sorrow, an addiction, a family in crisis. And sometimes you feel powerless in the face of it, not knowing what to do besides watch from a distance.
Child, there is something you can do, and it's stronger than it seems: pray for that person in faith. A prayer offered by someone who loves and trusts Me carries power beyond what the eyes can reach. I lift up what has fallen, I touch what human hands cannot reach, often starting with the prayer of the one who intercedes.
Today, think of someone who needs to be lifted up. You don't need a perfect solution, just faith to pray for that person as if the answer were already on its way — because, many times, it is.
