Word of the Father · Day 365/366
The Crown Kept for You
“Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day.”
2 Timothy 4:8
My son, my daughter, we've nearly reached the end of this long journey of days, and I want to remind you why you persevered this far: not one act of your faithfulness, however small it seemed, has been forgotten by me. Every day you chose to keep going, even tired, even without understanding everything, is kept with care in my heart.
Just as I kept a crown for those who fought the good fight to the end, I also keep something for you: not just a distant reward in the future, but the assurance, today, that your persistence has meaning and worth. Not one tear, not one repeated prayer, not one morning you decided to try again was in vain.
Look back with gratitude, not to boast, but to recognize that it was I who sustained every step. And look ahead knowing that the righteous judge I am never forgets any faithfulness. What is kept for you is greater than you can imagine right now.
