Day 59 — Strength for Mothers
Beginning Again Every Day
“Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.”
Hosea 6:3
Every day is a chance to move forward. Not to erase the past — but to keep going. God is like the rain that comes at the right time, like the dawn that always returns. He doesn't stop. He doesn't give up. And as long as He keeps coming, you can keep beginning again. Starting over isn't weakness — it's faith in action. It's saying: I made a mistake, but I still believe there's a path ahead. That God is still working. That tomorrow I can be a mother who is a little more present, a little more at peace, a little fuller of grace. Not because you'll try harder — but because He will keep coming like rain, renewing what had gone dry in you.
Prayer
Lord, thank You for never giving up on me. May I never give up on myself either. Every morning, Your rain of grace falls over my life — may I receive it with an open heart and begin again. Amen.
