Day 60 — Strength for Mothers
You Are Loved, Not Graded
“Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”
Jeremiah 1:5
God knew you before anything you ever did or failed to do. Before you were a mother. Before you got it wrong. Before you got it right. He chose you, formed you, called you. You are not a candidate for love — you are already loved. And that love doesn't shift according to how you performed today. You are not being graded. There's no mother's report card. No ranking. There is a Father who knows you by name, who counted the hairs on your head, who keeps every one of your tears. As you close this set of reflections, carry this with you: guilt doesn't define who you are. Comparison doesn't measure your worth. What defines you is who God says you are — and He says you are loved, chosen, called. Rest in that. It's enough.
Prayer
Father, may I carry with me the certainty that I am loved, not graded. May Your voice be louder than any accusation or comparison. Thank You for knowing me before anything else. That is what sustains me. Amen.
