Day 34Mornings with God

He Holds Your Hand

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Isaiah 41:10

Three promises in a single sentence. God didn't just say "I will strengthen you." He said: I strengthen you, I help you, I uphold you. As if He knew that on certain days you need all three at once.

Maybe today is one of those days. Maybe you're looking at what's ahead of you and feeling your heart tighten. Fear is human — God knows that. But He also knows you don't have to face anything with your own strength alone.

The image here is beautiful: "the right hand of my righteousness." It's God's strongest hand, the hand that acts, that sustains, that never lets go. This isn't a vague promise — it's a Father placing His hand in yours and saying: I've got you.

This morning, hand over the weight you're carrying. Not because it isn't real, but because you were never meant to carry it alone. God is holding it with you. And His hand never grows tired.

Prayer

Father, today I choose to trust that You are holding me. When fear comes, remind me of this promise. May I feel Your steady hand throughout my day. Amen.
