Day 73Young Woman of Faith

Studying As unto the Lord

And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;

Colossians 3:23

When studying feels heavy — and sometimes it does — something shifts when you ask: "Am I doing this for people's approval, or to honor God with what He's given me?"

I'm not saying you have to love every subject that doesn't make sense to you. But when you study as someone serving God, your motivation takes on a whole new dimension. It's no longer just about grades, your résumé, or pride. It's stewardship — taking good care of what's been entrusted to you.

Your mind is a gift. Your opportunity to learn is a gift. And how you use that gift says something about how much you value the One who gave it.

What's more, when you truly give yourself to it, the doors God wants to open can open. Not because you deserve more than anyone else, but because He can trust you with more responsibility.

Today, open that book as an act of worship. And watch whether it doesn't change your whole attitude.

Prayer

Lord, may my studies be an offering to Your name. May I take good care of what You have given me, with discipline and gratitude. Amen.
