Day 14Young Woman of Faith

Your Fragility Is Not Weakness

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.

2 Corinthians 12:9

There's enormous pressure to look strong. To not cry, not show fear, not let on that things are hard. As if fragility were a defeat.

But Paul — one of the most courageous men in the New Testament — learned to boast in his weaknesses. Not because weakness is good in itself, but because it's there that God's power shows up most clearly.

When you're at your limit, when you feel like you can't go on, when you realize your strength is smaller than the challenges ahead — that's not the moment to pretend everything's fine. It's the moment to make room for His power.

Your fragility isn't shame. It's an opening. It's the place where God can step in and do what you could never do alone.

Being strong all the time is exhausting. And unnecessary. You can be weak, honest, real — and trust that His grace is enough. Because it is.

Prayer

Father, I confess I'm afraid of looking weak. Help me let go of that weight and trust that Your power is enough where I am not. May my fragility make room for You. Amen.
