Great Is His Faithfulness

You've made it to the end of another day, and that's no small thing. However hard it was, you were not consumed — God's mercy held you. And there's a promise for tomorrow: fresh mercies are already on the way, sized exactly for the day that's coming. You don't need to stockpile strength for the future; tomorrow's grace arrives tomorrow. Tonight, rest in the faithfulness of God, which repeats without fail, morning after morning. He did not abandon you today and will not abandon you tomorrow. Before you sleep, give thanks for being sustained this far and trust that the next morning will bring new mercy. Great is His faithfulness — yesterday, today, and on the day that has yet to dawn.
