Day 362 — Closer to God — 365 Days
It's Not the End — It's the Turning Point
“Behold, I make all things new.”
Revelation 21:5a
This phrase appears near the end of the Bible. At the end of all human history. And it speaks of renewal — not of discarding, but of restoration. "All things new" — not other things. The same things, transformed.
That is what God does with you too. He doesn't discard what you've lived through, what you've suffered, who you've been. He renews. He transforms. He takes what seemed broken and uses it as raw material for something more beautiful.
The turn of the year isn't magic. Life doesn't change just because the number on the calendar changes. But it can be the symbolic moment when you decide: "I'm going to step into the next year different. More confident. More surrendered. More open to what God wants to do."
You can let Him make all things new in your life — not only in January, but right now, today, as you read this.
The new begins when you say yes to Him.
Prayer
Lord, make all things new in me. Use what I've gone through, what I've learned, what I've survived — to build something more beautiful in the next chapter. Amen.
