Day 31 — Closer to God — 365 Days
A Whole Month With Him
“Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:”
Psalm 103:2
You've reached the end of the first month.
Maybe you read every day right on schedule. Maybe you spent weeks skipping around and then came back to catch up. It doesn't matter which path you took — you got here. And that alone is worth celebrating.
Look at what God did in these 31 days. Not in the big spectacles — in the everyday. In the mornings that arrived when you were exhausted. In the prayers you whispered under your breath. In the truths that sank in deeper than they seemed to at the time.
"Forget not all his benefits." The psalmist knew that forgetting is a real temptation. The memory of God's faithfulness has to be cultivated — told, written down, celebrated.
What has God done in you this month? Write it down. Keep it. Tell someone.
And you already know: tomorrow starts over again. A new month, new mercies, the same unchanging faithfulness of God.
He'll be there. Waiting for you.
Prayer
Lord, thank You for every day of this month. For every verse that arrived at just the right time, every reflection that touched exactly where I needed it. May I not forget Your benefits — and may I keep drawing closer to You, day after day. Amen.
