Day 2Healing for the Heart

God Sees Your Pain

Thou tellest my wanderings: put thou my tears into thy bottle: are they not in thy book?

Psalm 56:8

There is a particular loneliness in suffering and feeling like no one notices. People go on with their lives, the world doesn't stop, and inside you carry a weight no one sees. But there is Someone who sees. Every tear of yours is so precious to God that He keeps it — He doesn't ignore it, doesn't waste it, doesn't forget it. Your crying doesn't fall into emptiness. It is recorded in heaven by a Father who cares about every drop. Maybe you've cried in secret — in the bathroom, in the car, into your pillow — thinking it didn't matter to anyone. It matters to God. Your pain has not gone unnoticed by Him for a single moment. Today, know this: the God who counts the stars also counts your tears, one by one.

Prayer

Father, what relief to know that You see what no one else sees. Thank You for keeping every tear of mine. I am not suffering alone. Amen.
