Day 36 — Strength for Mothers
Sowing the Word
“We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.”
Psalm 78:4
Do you know stories of what God has done in your life? Then you have something precious to offer your children. Tell them. Talk about the time God provided when it seemed impossible. About the prayer that was answered in a way you didn't expect. About the peace that came in the middle of the storm. Children need real stories more than perfect sermons. When you share what God has done for you, you are sowing faith in their hearts. You are showing them that God isn't just a character from an ancient book — He acts today, He cares for your family, He is real. Don't underestimate the power of your testimony. Your story might be exactly what anchors your child's faith in the hard moments that are still to come.
Prayer
Lord, may I never forget what You have done for me. Give me courage and opportunity to tell my children of Your works, so that their faith may grow firm on real stories. Amen.
