Day 89Marriage Devotional

Celebrating the Journey

Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.

Joel 2:23

Before reaching the final day, stop and celebrate. You've made it this far — 89 days seeking God for your marriage. That's not trivial. That's intention. That's choice. That's faith in action.

Celebrating the journey means recognizing what God has done. Not waiting for everything to be perfect before giving thanks. Celebrating what hasn't yet arrived and what has already come. Celebrating God's faithfulness on the days that were easy and the ones that were hard.

Your marriage has a history. It bears marks of grace and marks of choice. It has moments when God sustained what you thought was lost. It has days when love was greater than misunderstanding. It has the faithfulness of two who decided to keep going.

That deserves celebration. It doesn't have to be grand. It can be a smile, a word of thanks to your spouse, a silent prayer of praise. But celebrate. You've made it this far.

Prayer

Lord, thank You for everything You have done these 89 days — and in every day of my marriage. I celebrate Your faithfulness, Your grace, and Your presence along the way. Stay with us still. Amen.
