Be strong and brave

Joshua had a huge job ahead of him: leading all of God's people into a new land. That must have made his tummy feel a little nervous, right? But God spoke very clearly to him: 'Be strong and brave! Do not be afraid, because I am with you wherever you go.' That promise wasn't just for Joshua — it's for you too! Everyone feels afraid sometimes: afraid of the dark, afraid of something new, afraid of making a mistake. But being brave doesn't mean never feeling scared, it means trusting God even with your heart beating fast. Next time you feel afraid of something, take a deep breath and remember: God is with you, right beside you, wherever you go.
