Day 78 — Young Woman of Faith
Living Offering
“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.”
Romans 12:1
Worship isn't just what happens on Sunday morning with music and a sermon. The worship Paul describes here is your entire life — the way you use your time, your body, your attention, your energy.
To present yourself as a living offering is to say: God, this is me. Not an edited version, not a performance. Me, with my routine, my work, my conversations, my choices — all of it as worship.
That changes how you wake up in the morning. No longer "how am I going to survive today," but "how can I honor God today."
It doesn't have to be grand. The living offering shows up in the care you take with a friend. In the honesty of a hard conversation. In choosing to rest when you need to, instead of burning yourself out chasing productivity. In the simple act of living with intention.
You were created to be so much more than someone who just gets things done — you were created to be a worshiper. In everything you are.
Prayer
Lord, I present my life to You today. May every part of it be worship. May I live not for what the world expects, but for what You deserve. Amen.
