Day 276 — Closer to God — 365 Days
The God Who Provides
“But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:19
Have you ever reached the end of the month without knowing how the bills would get paid? Have you ever gone quiet before a need that felt too big? That place of uncertainty is uncomfortable, but it's also where God reveals Himself most. He didn't promise to supply some needs — He promised to supply all of them. Not according to our bank account, nor according to what seems possible to human eyes, but according to His riches in glory. And God's riches have no bottom. They never run out. They don't depend on the economy, on your boss, or on your circumstances. When this promise comes to mind in a hard hour, let it settle into your heart before you let anxiety take over. God knows what you need. He sees. He provides. And the story of your life is in the hands of a Father who has never failed.
Prayer
Lord, I trust in Your promise of provision. When fear comes knocking, remind me that Your riches are greater than any need I have. Thank You for being the God who provides. Amen.
