Day 29 — Little Ones with God
Jesus teaches us to pray
“After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.”
Matthew 6.9
One day, Jesus' friends asked Him, 'How should we pray?' So Jesus taught them a beautiful prayer, which begins like this: 'Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.' Have you ever thought about that? God isn't just some faraway, distant God — He is our Father, and He wants to talk with us every single day! Praying is simply talking to God: telling Him how you feel, asking for help, saying thank you for the day. You don't need fancy or complicated words, it can be as simple as an open heart. God loves hearing your voice, whether in the morning, at bedtime, or any little moment of the day. How about talking to Him right now?
Prayer
Father in heaven, thank You that I can talk with You every day. I love You. Amen.
